HK 7-Grain Sourdough


(500 g / 17 oz) 

We mill our own wheat berries into flour for this loaf!  We use 25 % soft white and 25 % hard white wheat.

Then we add in our "Standard Rye" starter (with a mild tang flavor profile) and fine-grind the following grains - rye, oats, oat bran, barley, brown rice, and flaxseed.  This makes up the 7 grains in our HK 7-grain loaf!
